Yes, we do provide this service through our REDLINE Package. In this package, you will receive a call in under 30 minutes after you submit your ticket and pushes you ahead of the line for direct support. We provide a monthly subscription. Our call-back times do vary on certain days. We normally can't gauge the amount of tickets we get in on a daily basis, but rest assure to expect a call as soon as possible. Wait times can range 24-72 hours.

I can't seem to log into Tech Authority
Make sure you are logging into Stellantisiop.com instead of Techauthority.com. Stellantis attributed the original Tech Authority site around 2022. If you have never signed up for Stellantis, make sure to make an account and use the same email as your Witech Login, so your subscriptions will connect to both platforms.
