Tech Authority is fast, convenient, OEM, and works directly with your Chrysler OEM Tools (MicroPOD II, and MDP).
Once connected, the software automatically checks for updates, flash files, TSBs, and fault code-related repair information.
Tech Authority Service Information even includes 2016 Chrysler/Fiat vehicles and works with your LSID on the new vehicles with rolling pin codes.
Subscription will be activated shortly after purchased is completed.
AE Tools is an authorized distributor of Tech Authority Software.
After regular business hours (8AM-6PM CST) there may be a delay in the subscription activation. ANY AFTER HOUR ORDERS AFTER 8PM CST WILL BE PROCESSED FOLLOWING DAY.

AE tools has great stall and support. Very easy to purchase and navigate through the website.
Had an issue accessing the truck I was trying to program, but AE remoted in to my computer and got everything fixed up. Programmed the new TCM correctly.

Paid more than we should because of all the changes to subscriptions. Never know how much TechAuthority is going to charge us for the service. Then have trouble with the service in logging in after we have paid the subscription. Make this simpler and easier instead of more difficult and expensive so that this is an affordable repair for vehicle.

Bought and couldent use, found out we need the micropod 3 on this 2025 ram truck. Refused the refund $100 script. Disappointed.....

Too many steps involved in an order now. You should already have our MDP tool number and email address and not require a third email asking for it. Slows the order down significantly. Response is normally quick though, thank you.

Have been using AE Tools for years for Chrysler, FCA, now Stellantis factory tooling and programming products. Always great service, purchasing is a breeze and always get orders filled quickly. Had issues several years ago with WiTech, AE Tools tech support was great to deal with and worked on the issue for some time with then FCA engineering to get me taken care of. Don’t hesitate to use this company for anything. I own a mobile diagnostic and programming company and only use them for Stellantis products, however I can’t see you going wrong with anything they sell or support.
